Team Lead - Napier

We are looking for a retail Team Lead to be part of our team at our Napier store. This role oversees the day to day running of the store and the small team.

This role works 4 days per week – Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We believe that our team members have the ability to provide the best customer service ever, and to help our customers feel confident when they wear our clothes.

Working in retail is rewarding, but it is hard work. You need to be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift, pack and unpack boxes of stock. We are a small team, so we all learn and are responsible for doing everything in store.
