Promotions Marketing Lead - Fixed Term - Administration & Distribution Warehouse
We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in retail and fashion. This is a rare opportunity to join our team at Caroline Eve to cover for parental leave until September 2026.
As a vital member of our creative and promotions team, you’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating effective promotional campaigns that resonate with new and existing customers, directing them to our 37 nationwide stores and online store.As a tech-savvy and highly organised individual, you’ll take ownership of maintaining our customer database - ensuring it is always up to date and being utilised to its full potential. You’ll deliver insightful weekly and monthly campaign reports and ensure our systems are primed for action before every promotion launch. Additionally, you will use your creativity to assist and coordinate our seasonal fashion photoshoots.
You will be leading a talented crew of 2 graphic designers, a marketing & administration assistant and a skilled photographer, so ideally you will have had some people management experience.

- A relevant tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or relevant work experience.
- A keen eye for detail, be proactive and well organised.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player – we are a small team so it’s all hands on deck.
