2IC - Second in Charge - The Base

We are looking for a 2IC to be part of our team at our The Base store.

Working Tuesday to Saturday, this role works 36.5 hours per week. Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday 9.30-4, Thursday 12.00-7, Friday 9.30-6, and Saturday 9.00-6.00.

We believe that our team members have the ability to provide the best customer service ever, and to help our customers feel confident when they wear our clothes.

In retail, we appreciate flexibility, so being available to work weekends and public holidays is important.

Working in retail is rewarding, but it is hard work. You need to be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift, pack and unpack boxes of stock. We are a small team, so we all learn and are responsible for doing everything in store.
